A Good 19th Century Brass and Iron Double Bed

This very pretty Victorian bed dates from around 1880 it is painted black.

The bed head and foot ends have decorative brass top rails with chunky bed knobs at each and a central Roundel at the foot end

All in all a very attractive bed timeless in design it will go very well in a Victorian designed bed room or in a modern Minimalist design

The bed is in good condition for its age it is very sturdy when assembled and comes with a Metal sprung mesh base

The head of the bed is 62" high, 81” long, the bed takes a normal double mattress 56” x 74”
