A Mahogany George III Period Sheraton Bow Front Antique Sideboard

Description

A mahogany George III Period Sheraton Bow Front Antique Sideboard. Having a beautifully figured solid mahogany top cross banded in kingwood with a boxwood moulded edge. The central bow front drawer, flanked by two larger mahogany lined drawers, again cross banded in kingwood and with circular brass backplate handles. The whole supported on six elegant square tapering supports terminating in spade feet with boxwood line inlaid detail circa 1790-1800

Dimensions: 54" wide x 23.5" deep x 36" high

Condition: This sideboard is in superb original condition. The handles are of the period but later replacements, minor scratches to the top consistent with age and use but not detrimental to the sideboard. Cleaned and waxed in our workshop.
