Lancaster Antiques has dated this piece to the Victorian era.
Our electrician has put felt on the base and rewired the whole lamp.
The measurements are: height up to the base of the lamp holder is 40cm and the base is 16cm square. The height including the shade we have used in photograph three is 67cm.
The shade can be included in the price, with no discount, as it is brand new and still in the cellophane wrapper, and postage is estimated at about £10.
