Rare very pretty early Victorian iron bed with tapered bed posts and beautiful iron work and detail in decorative castings. Winfield aged brass bed knobs. The bed has been professionally and sympathetically restored including ensuring joints are well fitting.Porcelain castors. Rails have been lengthened and strengthened to support modern size mattress.Hand finished in heritage colour aged paint.

Suitable English kingsize mattress 5' x 6'6".

Max head board height 54",foot board height 43.75", side rail height 17.5".

Price includes wood slats (sorry not mattress)

Alternatively we can supply mini box bases 2" with platform top (£225) for superior mattress support or to raise get into bed height. We can also supply hand made mattresses in all comfort choices.
