Antique Victorian Walnut Balloon Back Chair

Description

A elegant antique Victorian balloon back chair in walnut. It has a carved and top rail and stands on shaped cabriole legs and the seat has been newly reupholstered in a charming jacquard fabric with a design of flowers and leaves in shades of gold on an antique gold coloured background . A very attractive chair in lovely carved walnut that would make a great side chair or desk chair.

Good condition, very solid, wear and marks commensurate with age. Newly reupholstered. Some old worm holes that have been treated with worm killer as a precaution.
