Description

A stunning antique Arts and Crafts hall bureau bookcase. This beautiful bureau dates from circa 1910 and is in good condition. Made from solid oak with a wonderful warm honey colour it comprises a cupboard and fall top over 3 bookshelves in an asymetrical design, topped off with a finial to one corner. The cupboard handle is stamped with the mark "L & C" underneath. To the fall are 2 decorative hinges made from beaten copper. The key is for decoration only (does not work). It stands on bracket feet.

Good condition. Solid, marks and scuffs to the interior and exterior commensurate with age. Key does not work (for decoration only)
