The reeding tapering inward and downward to four bold ball and claw feet, topped by folding leaves. The ends with well cast lion masks holding waisted and ringed carrying handles.
Hallmarked for Wakely and Wheeler, London 1921. Impressed retailer mark for Thomas, Bond St. Substantial weight.
Complete with oval ebonized stepped plinth.
