Description

A good quality Victorian ships clock. A brass surround to the cast bezel with thick bevelled glass. A higher quality enamel dial (most are painted metal) with blued steel hands. An 8-day duration timepiece mechanism. Circa 1860.

The case top is engraved 'FALCON' so is likely to be the ship it came from.

Overall Width 7 1/2" / 19 cms
