The English sterling silver blade is fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1864, together with the highly sought-after Queen Victoria's head duty mark. The makers initials A.T for the silversmith, Alfred Taylor.

The knife retains it's original silver mount, with the original engraved name "Josephine".
Superb condition, the knife measures 3 1/2" while closed, 6 1/4" opened. The box measures 3 3/4" x 1".
