Description

Quality Safe In A Quality Cabinet c1910.

The hardwood cabinet with quartered veneers to top , front & sides , bow front with some inlay , plinth base with shaped apron , drawer above with quality brass knobs , bow door with quality chubb jewellers safe inside , slim drawer above cupboard with same quality brass knobs.

The quality chubb safe with 3 bar locking mechanism , inside safe door with all the original decoration , coat of arms to his majesty the king safe makers to the bank of england chubb & sons 128 Victoria street london . inside safe 1 lockable drawer with brass handle ( No Key ) also inside two removable mahogany velvet lined jewellery trays , one original safe key & a replacement key.

This is a very heavy safe.

There has been slight movement to the cabinet door but its nothing serious.

This is an outstanding safe in a nice piece of furniture that dosn't look like a safe.
