two freize drawers with cock beaded edges and brass knob handles; incorporating mahogany drawer linings; the flanks with brass anthemium mounts; standing on elegant shaped end supports featuring a brass mount of two anthemiums with a central rosette; raised on fluted sabre legs and original brass box castors. Good warm, natural faded colour and excellent patina. The table is identical on the reverse with dummy drawers, so it can be used freestanding. The desireable feature of the high stretcher makes this a very elegant sofa table.
