Antique Furniture Direct has dated this piece to the Georgian era.
It has a top tier with a decorative pelmet and spaces for bowls (missing) along with a small upper shelf. The middle tier has one working drawer and it has a lower shelf with curved stretcher. It stands on elegant out-swept tapered legs and is decorated with stringing inlay.

Solid but with some splits to the top and old mends to the legs . Scuffs and marks commensurate with age. Lots of marks and patination to the wood.
