Antique Early 19th Century Breakfront Mahogany Rare Gents Low Breakfront Compactum Wardrobe C1840

Antique Early 19th Century Rare Fiddle Back Mahogany Gents Low Press, Wardrobe Compactum and dating from around 1840. Constructed from quality mahogany it has a cornice top above two fiddle back panelled doors to the breakfront centre with original lock and working key and with internal hanging rail. To each side there is a flight of six graduating drawers all of which are mahogany lined with original turned knob handles. It sits on a deep plinth base and separates for ease of transporting.

Measures: 55.5" high x 24" deep x ( internal depth centre 21") x 85" wide

A Superb and rare Antique early 19th Century Fiddle Back Mahogany Gents Compactum and in very good original condition with a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
