A 19th Century French Kingwood Bureau De Dame

Description

A 19th Century French Kingwood & Parquetry Bureau De Dame. Having a shaped top with ormolu moulding and a central kingwood parquetry panel above the "bombe" bureau fall front, again with further beautiful floral marquetry inlaid detail. Opening to reveal a baize lined writing surface and a fitted interior. The frieze having a mahogany lined drawer and with shaped sides again with parquetry panels. The whole supported on four ormolu mounted cabriole supports. French circa 1870

Dimensions: 28" wide x 18" deep x 39" high

Condition: This bureau de dame is in excellent original condition, cleaned and waxed
