In an unusual scene with a charming naive scale a man poles a small boat through the surf toward a boat under sail. In the backgrounds stands a wooden pier or quayside and two pointed top watch towers very simialr to those found in Ireland. Bright colours and lovely detail to the waves. In excellent condition, presented in the original frame.
