Chippendale Period Mahogany Fretwork Mirror

Description

An attractive and good quality 18th century FRETWORK MIRROR in mahogany surmounted by a carved and gilded "Bird of Ho". The quality of the fretwork is excellent and the (probably replaced) mirror plate is set within a carved and gilded inner slip frame with carved gilded flowers and leaves trailing down each side.
