An Elegant Sheraton Period Mahogany and Satinwood Tea Table

Description

Standing on fine turned and reeded legs, the frieze with fine inlay detail. Both the rear legs swing out to support the top when open in what is termed a "double gate action". The top on the inside is quality Cuban mahogany with a boxwood line edge and when closed the top has a wide satinwood cross banding. The table is in very good and original condition and is of a good faded colour.

915 mm wide, 460 mm deep and 730 mm high. Circa 1800
