This is a superb piece of 19th Century Carving, the head board has a detailed country scene, with seated musicians and the Breton cart wheel, while the foot board has 2 scenes one of the young couple the young Man and his young Woman, as an expression of hope for a long life together
This bed comes with a new slatted base , the bed is 58” wide and 80” long, the top is 59” high
The bed takes a mattress 56” x 74”
