Antique Furniture Direct has dated this piece to the 1900s.
The top has a nicely aged green and gold colour tooled leather top (some slight wear and light scratches but otherwise good). It is of small proportions, ideal for an area where only a small desk will fit and is highly portable being in three parts. There is a key which works in the top three drawers (and a few others). Ideal for a lady or person of smaller stature, the kneehole area is very small - please look at sizes below.

Good condition. Very Solid. Some light scratches and slight wear to the leather top. A split to one side which is filled with wax (see photo). Small area of wear to veneer to bottom of left pedestal. Other wear commensurate with age. Comes with key and top 3 drawers lock (as well as a few others below) central lock slightly sticky.
