Antique Queen Anne Style Burr Walnut Cocktail Cabinet

1900 - 1920
Description

Very impressive burr walnut cocktail cabinet on shaped carved legs with ball & claw feet. It's antique Queen Anne style, probably dating from the 1920-30's period. It has a lovely warm colour & has a beautiful pattern within the veneers on the doors. Both the doors & drawers are serpentine shaped & the corners of the cabinet are all canted. The hinges & escutcheons are all etched brass. The carving is of exceptional quality & the inside is nice too, with sycamore lining. There are also mirrors & glass shelves inside, plus a pull out mirrored slide for serving drinks on, plus there are two drawers below. This drinks cabinet is in good original condition & it's one of the nicest examples I've had.

Depth - 22", 57 cm

Height - 71", 180 cm
