THIS IS A GOOD MAHOGANY 16 DRAWER COLLECTORS CABINET CIRCA 1850.

THIS CABINET WAS ORIGINALLY DESIGNED TO HOUSE, PROTECT AND DISPLAY A COLLECTION OF BRITISH BUTTERFLIES BUT WILL SERVE A MULTITUDE OF COLLECTING PURSUITS.

THE DRAWERS ARE UNUSUALLY LONG AND ALL HAVE DROP IN GLAZED FRAME TOPS.THE DRAWERS HAVE A CORK LINING TO THE BASE AND ARE PAPERED ALTHOUGH RE-LINING MIGHT BE THE PREFERRED OPTION.(I AM ABLE TO UNDERTAKE THIS WORK IF REQUIRED).
