The lid fits well and is crowned with the highly collectible Reynold's Angels design. The silver top is hallmarked for Birmingham 1898, making this a true Victorian example. The makers initials L & S is also present for the highly renowned silversmith, Levi & Salaman.
Excellent condition, the lid diameter measuring 3" and standing 3 1/2" tall.
