Most Impressive Coromandel Decanter Box

Description

A particularly impressive and substantial mid-Victorian DECANTER BOX in very fine condition.

This large and very good quality DECANTER BOX is of beautifully-figured Coromandel-wood, with brass edges and recessed military style brass carrying handles.

The lid opens to reveal the full set of four large original cut-glass decanters and stoppers ~ in immaculate condition ~ whilst within the lid are four matching "shot" glasses. Beautiful condition throughout. Dimensions: 11.5ins high; 9.75ins wide; 9.75ins deep (28.5 x 24.75 x 24.7scms) The decanters: 10 ins (25.4cms) high.
