Puckerings has dated this piece to the 1890s.
The folding handle is beautifully shaped too to coordinate with the shaped rim.
The underside has the full mark for the very well renowned silversmith, Martin Hall & Co. Dating to the late Victorian era, around 1890, it remains in excellent condition. This would also make a great ice bucket.
6 1/4" across the rim and 5" across the base; 6" tall or 9 1/4" tall to top of handle.
