Description

A most handsome photo frame made from sterling silver by the top-notch London silversmith, William Comyns.

The top is crowned with a circular vacant cartouche and the bottom right-hand corner is where the full English hallmark can be found for London 1904, Edwardian in era. The makers initials W.C are also present.

The frame is backed in blue velvet with a folding easel stand. Excellent condition, the frame measures 7" x 5 1/8" with a glazed aperture measuring 5" x 3 3/8".
