Victorian Mahogany Cylinder Bedside Cupboard or Display Stand

Description

A victorian flame mahogany cylinder bedside or pot cupboard with inset marble top. It is slightly larger than many and would therefore also be useful as a display stand for a bust or statue etc. It dates from around 1860/1870 and is of good colour and condition. It is sturdy and well constructed with just minor restoration to the veneer, primarily to the plinth and by the door hinges, but this does not detract from its good looks and practicality. Internally it has its original shelf.

Dimensions:

Top 47 cms diameter with inset marble 33 cms

Height 79 cms
