Large Antique Silver Salver

1920 - 1940
Description

A Massive Silver Salver, the scalloped pie crust edge with good cast decoration of leaf encrusted shells and cartouches, between a running border of flower heads and rosettes, the centre vacant and without engraving and raised up on four scrolled acanthus feet, with good chased decoration.

Wonderful condition and large size, making it a gift to remember.

Diameter: 17 1/2"

Weight 2230g

In excellent condition with good crisp marks for Birmingham 1931 and maker F C Richards.
