Large Denby Housekeeper's 'White Sugar' Storage Jar C1900

Description

This LARGE ANTIQUE DENBY HOUSEKEEPER'S STORAGE JAR, with raised title 'WHITE SUGAR', dates from circa 1900.

The STORAGE JAR stands approximately 12.75 inches (32.5 cm) high and has a maximum diameter of approximately 8.75 inches (22.5 cm).

As expected there are some old chips to the top rim of the JAR and to the rim of the lid. However, these do not detract from the overall appearance and show the culinary history.

The STORAGE JAR displays well.
