Victorian Green Man Carved Oak Pedestal Desk

This is a good Large Victorian Desk, made in Oak which has been superbly and intricately carved with the masks of Lions or perhaps the green man as handles to the drawers. The top has its original Burgundy leather inset, shabby and faded but not damaged and it has a deeply carved edge

The pedestals of the desk have carved pillars, depicting Kings at either side of carved doors, behind these there are concealed drawers

The desk is 56” long, 32” deep and 30” high and the knee hole is 18” wide and 23” high
