Description

About as charming as they come, a wonderful Victorian Inkwell beautifully cast in a heavy solid brass, forming a dog's head.

Superbly executed with exceptional detailing, the two original glass eyes remain intact. The hinged top opens to reveal a removable ink chamber, for easy cleaning and re-filling.

The inkwell sits on a circular carved stone base. Excellent condition, with a base measuring 4 1/4" in diameter and standing 4 1/4" tall.
