Unusual Oak Bergere Desk Chair

A very unusual and good quality oak bergere bentwood swivel mechanism desk chair. This rare desk chair has a shaped canned back with oak scrolled bentwood arms and tan leatherette seating. The top is attached by a mechanical swivel which allows the height of the chair to be adjusted to what ever position is desired which sits on four shaped and carved oak legs. This lovely chair has been carefully restored by traditional methods and will be a conversation piece to any room.

Seat Height currently 18 3/4 inches - 46.5 cm but can be adjusted.

We have a reputation for being long established antique dealers in London having had showrooms concurrently running in Islington, Chelsea and Ascot. We have relocated our new showroom, due to London overheads, easily reached between A1 or A10 to just outside of Hertford, Hertfordshire.

We will happily arrange for clients to be collected travelling via train. Local stations being Hertford North, Stevenage and Ware, all being a 10 minute drive from us.
