The doors open to reveal 2 revolving platforms with placements for decanters and glasses (with the 2 original cut glass decanters) and shelves with cut-outs for more glasses, tumblers etc. Inside the top is an electric lamp which automatically lights when the doors are opened (please note this light will not be working upon delivery and will need to be checked out by a qualified electrician for safety and legal reasons). The base has a central mirrored pull-out slide and a cock beaded drawer with ornate brass, swan neck handles. Below a 2 door cupboard which contains a slide out cellarette. To each side are 2 further and corresponding “D” shaped doors for bottles and storage. The whole standing on a superb base of carved and pierced walnut with decorative shell carving and hairy paw feet. This cabinet is top quality and fully lined with a maple interior and maker's label "Beresford & Hicks of London". Condition A1 with speckling to interior mirror. With working locks and keys.
