Description

You have to handle this gorgeous little vanity bag to appreciate the incredibly soft, silky wool - thick and lustrous! Made by Qashqa'i tribes around 1900, it is piled on both sides - one face has a deep indigo-blue field with stylised birds and '8-pointed' star - the other face is in glowing natural golden-yellow with stylised birds in horizontal rows. The bag is in mint condition with brocade in the top opening on each side and 3 tassels for 'good luck'!
