Description

An attractive Victorian burr walnut freestanding davenport with boxwood inlay. The brass galleried top lifts to reveal a fitted stationary compartment, the replaced brown leather writing surface with gold and blind tooling. The interior beautifully veneered in bird's eye maple.To the right side are 4 mahogany lined drawers with turned knob pulls with opposing false drawers to the left side. The front with subtle boxwood inlay and stringing with well carved and turned decorative columns. The shaped base with turned bun feet and castors. In A1 condition, with keys.Delivery to most of U.K. £55.
