Pair of Antique French Style Carved Salon Armchairs

1900 - 1920
Description

Good quality pair of antique French open arm salon armchairs, with good crisp carvings & a nice warm colour. The walnut frames have a lovely shape & they have just been re-upholstered in a good quality cream fabric with double piping. They are in good original condition & I would say they date from around the 1910-20's period. These types of chairs are always very versatile, great in bedrooms, living rooms or anywhere in the home.

Depth - 20.5", 52 cm

Height - 36", 92 cm

Seat height - 15.8", 40 cm
