Gorgeous Antique Italian Walnut & Gilded Large Gents Wardrobe Tallboy and dating from around 1920. This fabulous Italian wardrobe is part of a four piece bedroom suite ( please see our other items for sale).

The Wardrobe has a carved and gilded caddy top above two doors with oval panels all of which are quarter cut making for a stunning visual effect and all panels with carved edge & gilded and with original fluted and gilded knob handles and working key. Internally it has double hanging space to the top above two deep drawers both of which are mahogany lined and with carved fluted & gilded knob handles. It stands on scalloped plinth base with gilded edge and with fabulous carved and gilded legs on a gilt foot.

Measures: 66" high x 22" deep x 40" wide x internal depth 19.5"

A Truly Superb Antique Art Deco Italian Walnut Wardrobe Tallboy and in very good original condition with a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
