Good condition, very solid, wear and marks commensurate with age. Lovely warm patination to the walnut. Old fabric - possibly original, in clean but worn condition - frayed alittle at edges and corners, seat is fairly firm and fairly comfortable - useable but would benefit from reupholstery.
