A Victorian Wall Light

19th century
Description

A magnificent Victorian brass wall light measuring 70cm in length.

It matches the pair we have for sale, except this one is longer.

The width from one shade carrier to the other is 25cm, and the back plate is 12cm.

The design, the back plate and the shades with the pair on sale, are all identical and they came from the same property. The light without shades weighs 4.7kgs giving some indication of the superb quality.

We are including the original shades in the price; one has slight damage which when in position isn't noticeable because of the shape of the edges of the shades, and it can be clearly seen in the fourth photograph.

The light has been rewired to UK specifications and can be viewed and collected from the Surrey area, otherwise we are happy to give quotes for delivery.
