Lancaster Antiques has dated this piece to the Victorian era.
The wall lights come with the original holophane shades (see photo 4) The distance from the wall to the shade fitting is 25cm.
They have all been rewired for the UK market and have the original backplate fittings to attach to the wall. They weigh approximately 1.9kg each.
Photos 1 and 2 show the lights lit up, but they weren't fixed to the wall, merely suspended by a chain in order to photograph them, so the shades are seen at an angle.
There is a matching double arm wall light which measures 70 cm in length with two identical shades and is on sale separately.
Estimated postage and package costs for the UK mainland is approximately £20 because of the weight and size of the lights; and we will supply estimates for delivery costs elsewhere. Or they can be viewed in Surrey by appointment.
