Antique Edwardian Inlaid Mahogany Three Piece Bedroom Suite consisting of a large Double Wardrobe, Matching Dressing Table and Washstand all constructed from quality mahogany and dating from around 1900.

The Wardrobe:

The Large Double Wardrobe has a shaped cornice top above a deep inlaid frieze with ebony and chequered stringing and with bow fronted sides beautifully inlaid with Adams style Urns & Swags of satinwood and fruitwoods. All of the edges have chequered inlaid stringing and there are two full length shaped and bevelled mirrored glass doors with original gilt brass handles. Internally it is all hanging with brass rail and original hooks. To the base there are two deep drawers both of which are mahogany lined and with chequered stringing to the fronts with original swan neck handles and the whole stands on a shaped plinth base with bracket feet. Separates for ease of transporting.

Measures: 82" high x 23" deep x internal depth 18" x 62" wide

The Dressing Table:

The Dressing Table has a shaped and bevelled mirror set within a mahogany frame and with bow fronted side supports with ebony and chequered inlaid stringing and with fruitwood inlay of harebell design which leads to two small jewellery drawers joined by a shelf. The table top has a moulded edge to the serpentine shaped front with a drawer to the centre above a shaped frieze and single deep drawer to each side all of which are mahogany lined with brass handles and it stands on squared tapering legs on castors. All of the surfaces including the drawers are edged with ebony and chequered stringing.

Measures: 64" high to top of mirror x 31" high to table top x 22" deep x 45" wide

The Washstand:

The matching washstand with has ebony and chequered stringing to the edges of each surface and to the door panels has a moulded top rail above a deep frieze with bow fronted shelf to each side and with marble splash back set within a mahogany frame with shaped side supports. It has a squared edge to the marble top above two panelled doors with original brass handles and stands on squared and tapering legs on castors. It has its original metal towel rails to each side.

Measures: 60" high x 31" high to table top x 19.5" deep x 42" wide
