Regency Mahogany "X" Frame Canterbury

Description

A good quality early 19th century Regency period MAHOGANY CANTERBURY (or MAGAZINE RACK).

The three "X" shaped divisions are joined by turned 'rails' with carved laurel leaves and ribbons to the front and back. There is a mahogany-lined drawer to the frieze and it is supported on turned tapering legs and original brass castors.
