Description

A top notch example of a Victorian biscuit box in an oval shape, made from the heaviest piece of chunky crystal deeply cut in the ever popular hobnail design, and in undamaged condition.

The box stands in it's own silver plated caddy and standing on four original bun feet. Both the top of the biscuit box and the base of the caddy are engraved with bouquets of Ferns, very Victorian and very English.

A fabulous heirloom piece in excellent condition. The caddy measures 9 1/4" x 7" and the crystal box measuring 7" x 4 3/4"; the pieces together stand 6 3/4" tall to top of finial.
