This table is in beautiful condition and is solid and practical.
The table is strongly constructed and shows finely figured honduras mahogany to it's best. The brasswork is all original and the table base is carried on the original casters. The top can be removed which makes transport and access very straightforward.
This table is of the larger standard with a diameter of 52 inches. It will accommodate 6 to 8 diners and is 28 inches from floor to skirt thereby accommodating standard height dining chairs. The base is 28 inches in diameter at the widest point and gives absolute steadiness, a virtue worth taking into account when considering a round table! The drum skirt is 3 inches deep.
