Marylebone Antiques has dated this piece to the 1910s.
This is all very colourful & beautifully done. The marble tops are also in good original condition & the colourful veins are splendid. There are two drawers on each piece. The handles, mounts & escutcheons are all gilt bronze. These commodes are antique French style & I would say they date to around the 1910-20's period. If you look closely you will see slight differences mainly between the floral marquetry middle panels of each chest & the marble tops are different shades. They were all individually made, so that's quite normal.
