Antique Edwardian Burr Walnut Serpentine Shaped Desk C1900

Lovely Antique Burr Walnut Serpentine Shaped Desk in the Queen Anne Style and dating form around 1900. Constructed from quality walnut it has a low gallery back and with moulded edge to the superb quarter cut burr walnut top with cross banded edge. There is a single drawer to the centre above a shaped frieze and with two serpentine shaped drawers to either side above a shaped frieze. All of the drawers are oak lined with original brass handles and it stands on long cabriole legs on a pad foot.

Measures: 30" high x knee height 24" x 22" deep x 42" wide

A superb Antique Edwardian Burr Walnut Desk and in very good original condition with a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
