English Victorian Table - Breakfast Oval - c1880

A quality period English antique table and a lovely example of this classic Victorian style.

A pleasing oval shaped top with carved perimeter presents an attractive inlaid surface with walnut, quality stringing and a fine central cartouche. This stands over a turned and carved central column which flows into a four leg base riding on original castors.

Of useful proportion the table offers great scope for a variety of uses would make a wonderful dining, tea, occasional, presentation, display, or centre piece.

Overall this piece of furniture is in very good order with a hugely desirable design and pleasing tilt action which locks robustly into place.
