Antique Victorian Rosewood Piano Stool with Makers Stamp H.b

Description

A delightful antique Victorian rise and fall piano stool in solid rosewood with bulbous central column and shaped tripod scroll legs. Under one leg is a stamp with a number and the makers initials: 25337 H.B. The seat has been recovered in a turquoise chenille fabric with a design of flowers and spray leaves embroidered on it and finished with a deep matching braid.

Good condition. Solid and sturdy, some Wear and marks commensurate with age. Newly Recovered. A section of the finial to the bottom is missing.
