A splendid regency Georgian Jupe type mahogany circular extending table. This round 19th century George III dining table is constructed from extremely dense and good quality South American mahogany. The table has six additional leaves which slide on metal bearers and has original brass securing clips and will easily seat ten 10 people. This rare design table has wonderful swept reeded legs terminating in large original lions paw brass swivel feet. Equally this table will seat six people if the outer leaves are removed. This piece has been fully restored by qualified professional restorers to a high standard and is ready to place in your home. Excellent condition. Circa 1800. Measures 75” diameter extended or 48” diameter without leaves x 28.75”high. Leg clearance is 27”. At its smallest this table is only 14” wide.
