Description

A fabulous and rare "Christening" set, perfect as an heirloom gift made far more sought-after with an Exeter assay mark.

Both the spoon and fork are hallmarked for Exeter 1869, the knife is hallmarked Sheffield 1869 (as Exeter did not produce knives); all three have the matching makers mark for the well renowned Atkin Brothers - Harry Atkin.

Beautifully decorated and all pieces in superb condition in their velvet and silk lined presentation case. The fork and spoon measure 6 1/4" long and the knife measures 8" long.
