Antique Victorian Dome Top Trunk

Description

A very attractive antique pine dome topped trunk with original scumbled painted finish. Very clean inside and out, it is a very nice portable size and would be ideal as a toy box, blanket box or for general storage. Original carry handles, lock and hinges (with top part of lock missing). Dating from the Victorian period.

Material/Construction:

Pine - Exterior is scumbled with nice patina

Condition Report:

Solid condition. Some scuffs to the exterior commensurate with age. Original hinges. Missing top part of lock. Lovely warm patina and age to top.

Depth: 16"
